Is Sofia Sales Chat only an AI chatbot?
No. Sofia Sales AI is the configurable agent inside the product. Sofia Sales Chat also provides a shared team workspace, campaigns, automation, scheduling, integrations and developer interfaces.
Can my team take over from Sofia Sales AI?
Yes. Workflows can transfer a conversation to a person with the available context and history. Routing and permissions depend on the tenant configuration.
Which AI providers can I use?
Administrators can connect customer-managed OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini credentials and choose a supported model.
Are Meta and AI usage charges included?
No. Meta WhatsApp charges and AI provider usage are separate from the Sofia Sales Chat subscription and follow each provider's terms.
How does the three-day trial work?
It is one limited Sofia Sales Chat evaluation, not a full Start or Performance plan. It includes one WhatsApp channel via Embedded Signup, 100 contacts, one team member, one automation, one campaign and Sofia Sales AI with your own provider key.
